§ 15A‑762. Meaning of"appropriate court."
The phrase "appropriatecourt" as used in the Agreement on Detainers shall, with reference to thecourts of this State, mean court of record with criminal jurisdiction. (1965,c. 295, s. 2; 1973, c. 1286, s. 22.)
