§15A‑909. Regulation of discovery Time, place, and manner of discoveryand inspection.
An order of the court grantingrelief under this Article must specify the time, place, and manner of makingthe discovery and inspection permitted and may prescribe appropriate terms andconditions. (1973, c. 1286, s. 1.)
