§15A‑945. Waiver of arraignment.
A defendant who is representedby counsel and who wishes to plead not guilty may waive arraignment prior tothe day for which arraignment is calendared by filing a written plea, signed bythe defendant and his counsel. (1973, c. 1286, s. 1.)
