§ 160A‑305. Agreements under National Highway Safety Act.
Any city is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with the Stateof North Carolina and its agencies, and with the federal government and itsagencies, to secure the full benefits available to the city under the NationalHighway Safety Act of 1966, and to cooperate with State and federal agencies,other public and private agencies, interested organizations, and individuals,to effectuate the purposes of the act and subsequent amendments thereof.
