§ 160A‑480.6. Construction contracts.
Article 8 of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes applies to aconstruction contract of an Authority. An Authority may solicit bids on thebasis of separate specifications for the branches or work described in G.S. 143‑128(a)and on a single‑prime contract basis and accept the lowest bid.
