§ 160A‑582. Fiscalaccountability.
The authority shall be fiscally accountable to the municipality, andthe municipality's governing body shall have authority to examine all recordsand accounts of the authority at any time. (1977, c. 465; 1979, 2nd Sess., c. 1247, s. 45.)
