§ 160A‑609. Service area of the Authority.
The service area of the Authority shall be as determined by the Boardof Trustees consistent with its purpose, but shall not exceed the territorialjurisdiction of the authority and any area it may provide service to under G.S.160A‑610. (1989, c. 740, s.1.)
