§ 162A‑80. Inconsistent laws declared inapplicable.
All general, special or local laws, or parts thereof, inconsistentherewith are hereby declared to be inapplicable, unless otherwise specified, tothe provisions of this Article. (1961, c. 795, s. 30; 1973, c. 822, s. 4.)
