§ 163‑213.3.  Conduct of election.

The presidential preference primary election shall be conducted andcanvassed by the same authority and in the manner provided by law for theconduct and canvassing of the primary election for the office of Governor and allother offices enumerated in G.S. 163‑182.4(b) and under the sameprovisions stipulated in G.S. 163‑182.5(c). The State Board of Electionsshall have authority to promulgate reasonable rules and regulations, notinconsistent with provisions contained herein, pursuant to the administrationof this Article.
