§ 163‑278.40J. Othercommittees report by municipal schedule.
A candidate or politicalcommittee that appoints a treasurer under G.S. 163‑278.7 shall makereports according to the schedule under this Part if it makes contributions orexpenditures concerning municipal elections. (2008‑150, s. 9(a).)
