§ 165‑35. Exemption from Local Government and County Fiscal Control Acts.
The authority shall be exempt from the operation and provisions ofChapter 60 of the Public Laws of North Carolina of 1931, known as the"Local Government Act," and the amendments thereto, and from Chapter146 of the Public Laws of North Carolina of 1927, known as the "CountyFiscal Control Act" and the amendments thereto.
