§ 18B‑1114.2. Effect ofcider and vinegar manufacturer permit.
The holder of a cider andvinegar manufacturer permit may purchase and transport unlimited quantities ofout‑of‑date unfortified or fortified wines from wine wholesalersfor the sole purpose of manufacturing a food product item. Any manufacturer ofcider or vinegar may apply for this permit. (1997‑134, s. 2.)
