§18B‑124. Joint and several liability.
The liability of the negligentdriver or owner of the vehicle that caused the injury and the permittee or ABCboard which sold or furnished the alcoholic beverage shall be joint andseveral, with right of contribution but not indemnification. (1983,c. 435, s. 37.)
