§18B‑505. Restitution.
When a person is convicted ofa violation of the ABC laws, the court may order him to make restitution to anylaw‑enforcement agency for reasonable expenditures made in purchasingalcoholic beverages from him or his agent as part of an investigation leadingto his conviction. (1981, c. 412, s. 2.)
