§ 20‑171.18. Equipmentrequirements.
Every all‑terrainvehicle sold, offered for sale, or operated in this State shall meet thefollowing equipment standards:
(1) It shall be equippedwith a brake system maintained in good operating condition.
(2) It shall be equippedwith an effective muffler system maintained in good working condition.
(3) It shall be equippedwith a United States Forest Service qualified spark arrester maintained in goodworking condition. (2005‑282,s. 2.)
