§ 20‑190.3. Assignmentof new highway patrol cars.
All new highway patrol cars,whether marked or unmarked, placed in service after July 1, 1985, shall beassigned to all members of the Highway Patrol. (1985, c. 757, s. 165; 1987,c. 738, s. 122; 1989, c. 752, s. 114.)
