§ 20‑308.19. Articleapplicable to existing and future agreements.
The provisions of this Articleshall be applicable to all contracts and agreements existing between dealersand captive finance sources at the time of its ratification and to all suchfuture contracts and agreements. (2005‑409, s. 3.)
