§ 20‑319.2. Penalty forfailure to forward certification.
If any insurance company shallwithout good cause fail to forward said certification within seven days afterits receipt of such registered letter, the North Carolina Commissioner ofInsurance shall be authorized in his discretion to impose a civil penalty uponsaid company in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) for such violation.(1967, c. 908, s. 2.)
