§ 20‑34. Unlawful topermit violations of this Article.
No person shall authorize orknowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him or under his control to be drivenby any person who has no legal right to do so or in violation of any of theprovisions of this Article. (1935, c. 52, s. 28.)
