§ 20‑349. Injunctiveenforcement.
Upon petition by the AttorneyGeneral of North Carolina, a violation of this Article may be enjoined as anunfair and deceptive trade practice, as prohibited by G.S. 75‑1.1. (1973,c. 679, s. 1.)
