§ 20‑351.4. Affirmativedefenses.
It is an affirmative defenseto any claim under this Article that an alleged nonconformity or series ofnonconformities are the result of abuse, neglect, odometer tampering by theconsumer or unauthorized modifications or alterations of a motor vehicle. (1987,c. 385.)
