§ 20‑351.9. Dealershipliability.
No authorized dealer shall beheld liable by the manufacturer for any refunds or vehicle replacements in theabsence of evidence indicating that dealership repairs have been carried out ina manner substantially inconsistent with the manufacturers' instructions. ThisArticle does not create any cause of action by a consumer against an authorizeddealer. (1987, c. 385.)
