§ 20‑384. Penalty forcertain violations.
A motor carrier who fails toconduct a safety inspection of a vehicle as required by Part 396 of the federalsafety regulations or who fails to mark a vehicle that has been inspected asrequired by that Part commits an infraction and, if found responsible, isliable for a penalty of up to fifty dollars ($50.00).
