§ 20‑41. Commissionerto provide forms required.
The Commissioner shall providesuitable forms for applications, certificates of title and registration cards,registration number plates and all other forms requisite for the purpose ofthis Article, and shall prepay all transportation charges thereon. (1937,c. 407, s. 6.)
