§ 20‑4.3.  Commissionermay make reciprocity agreements, arrangements or declarations.

The Commissioner of MotorVehicles shall have the authority to execute or make agreements, arrangementsor declarations to carry out the provisions of this Article. (1961,c. 642, s. 1.)
