§23‑30. When petition may be filed.
Every person taken or chargedas in the preceding section [§ 23‑29] specified may, at any time afterhis arrest or imprisonment, petition the court from which the process issued onwhich he is arrested or imprisoned, for his discharge therefrom, on hiscompliance with this chapter.
