§ 25‑1‑306. Waiver or renunciation of claim or right after breach.
A claim or right arising outof an alleged breach may be discharged in whole or in part withoutconsideration by agreement of the aggrieved party in an authenticated record. (1965, c. 700, s. 1; 2006‑112,s. 1.)
