§25‑11‑107. Transition provisions as to priorities.
Except as otherwise providedin article 11, old article 9 shall apply to any questions of priority if thepositions of the parties were fixed prior to July 1, 1976. In other casesquestions of priority shall be determined by new article 9. (1975,c. 862, s. 8.)
