§25‑2‑514. When documents deliverable on acceptance; when onpayment.
Unless otherwise agreeddocuments against which a draft is drawn are to be delivered to the drawee onacceptance of the draft if it is payable more than three days afterpresentment; otherwise, only on payment. (1965, c. 700, s. 1.)
