§ 28A‑29‑3. Effect of appointment.
A limited personalrepresentative appointed under this Article shall provide notice to allpersons, firms, and corporations having claims against the decedent, and proofof such notice shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of thisChapter. (2009‑444,s. 1.)
