§35A‑1378. Powers and duties.
A standby guardian designatedpursuant to G.S. 35A‑1374 and a guardian of the person or generalguardian appointed pursuant to this Article have all of the powers, authority,duties, and responsibilities of a guardian appointed pursuant to Subchapter IIof this Chapter. (1995, c. 313, s. 1.)
