§ 36C‑4‑407. Evidence of oral trust.
Except as required by a Statestatute other than this Chapter, a trust need not be evidenced by a trustinstrument, but the creation of an oral trust, and its terms may be establishedonly by clear and convincing evidence. (2005‑192, s. 2.)
