§40A‑10. Sale or other disposition of land condemned.
When any property condemned bythe condemnor is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was condemned,it may be used for any other public purpose or may be sold or disposed of inthe manner prescribed by law for the sale and disposition of surplus property. (1981,c. 919, s. 1.)
