§ 41‑44. Form ofregistration in beneficiary form.
Registration in beneficiaryform may be shown by the words "transfer on death" or theabbreviation "TOD", or by the words "pay on death" or theabbreviation "POD", after the name of the registered owner or ownersand before the name of a beneficiary. (2005‑411, s. 1.)
