§42‑24. Turpentine and lightwood leases.
This Chapter shall apply toall leases or contracts to lease turpentine trees, or use lightwood forpurposes of making tar, and the parties thereto shall be fully subject to theprovisions and penalties of this Chapter. (1876‑7, c. 283, s. 7;Code, s. 1762; 1893, c. 517; Rev., s. 1999; C.S., s. 2363.)
