§43‑14. Cross‑indexing of lands by registers of deeds.
Where any land is brought intothe Torrens System and under said System is registered in the public records ofthe register's office, said register shall cross‑index the registrationin the general cross index for deeds in his office. (1931, c. 286, s. 2.)
