§43‑20. Decree and registration run with the land.
The obtaining of a decree ofregistration and the entry of a certificate of title shall be construed as anagreement running with the land, and the same shall ever remain registeredland, subject to the provisions of this Chapter and all amendments thereof. (1913,c. 90, s. 26; C.S., s. 2395.)
