§43‑24. Compliance with this Chapter due registration.
When the provisions of thisChapter have been complied with, all conveyances, deeds, contracts to convey orleases shall be considered duly registered, as against creditors andpurchasers, in the same manner and as fully as if the same had been registeredin the manner heretofore provided by law for the registration of conveyances.
