§ 44A‑11. Perfectingclaim of lien on real property.
A claim of lien on realproperty granted by this Article shall be perfected as of the time provided inG.S. 44A‑10 upon the filing of the claim of lien on real property underG.S. 44A‑12 and may be enforced pursuant to G.S. 44A‑13. (1969, c. 1112, s. 1; 2005‑229,s. 1.)
