§44A‑46. Application.
All rental agreements enteredinto before September 1, 1982, and not extended or renewed after that date, andthe rights and duties and interests flowing from them, shall remain valid, andmay be enforced or terminated in accordance with their terms or as permitted byany other law of this State.
