§45‑19. Mortgage to guardian; powers pass to succeeding guardian.
When a guardian to whom amortgage has been executed dies or is removed or resigns before the payment ofthe debt secured in such mortgage, all the rights, powers and duties of suchmortgagee shall devolve upon the succeeding guardian. (1905,c. 433; Rev., s. 1034; C.S., s. 2584.)
