§46‑9. Delay or neglect of commissioner penalized.
If, after accepting the trust,any of the commissioners unreasonably delay or neglect to execute the same,every such delinquent commissioner shall be liable for contempt and may beremoved, and shall be further liable to a penalty of fifty dollars ($50.00), tobe recovered by the petitioner.
