§47‑108.12.  Validation of instruments acknowledged before United Statescommissioners.

All deeds, mortgages, or otherinstruments permitted or required by law to be registered, which prior toJanuary 1, 1933, have been proved or acknowledged before a United Statescommissioner, or U.S. commissioner, are hereby in all respects validated as tosuch proof or acknowledgment, and all registrations of such deeds orconveyances, upon such probates, acknowledgments and private examinations, orany of them, are hereby declared to be sufficient and validated.
