§47‑108.8. Acts of registers of deeds or deputies in recording plats andmaps by certain methods validated.
All acts heretofore performedby a register of deeds, or a deputy register of deeds in recording plats andmaps by transcribing a correct copy thereof or permanently attaching theoriginal to the records in a book designated "Book of Plats" ishereby validated the same as if said plats had been recorded as required byG.S. 47‑30: Provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall affectpending litigation.
