§47‑75. Proof of corporate articles before officer authorized to probate.
All proofs of articles ofagreement for the creation of corporations which were, prior to the eighteenthday of February, 1901, made before any officer who was at that time authorizedby the law to take proofs and acknowledgments of deeds and mortgages, areratified.
