§47‑87. Validation of probates by different officers of deeds by wife andhusband.
In all cases where, prior tothe second day of March, 1895, the acknowledgment, privy examination of amarried woman, or other proof of the execution of any deed, mortgage, or otherinstrument, authorized to be registered, executed by husband and wife, has beentaken as to the husband and wife in different states and by different officershaving power to take acknowledgments, any and every such acknowledgment, privyexamination of a married woman, or other proof of execution, and the probate ofany and every such deed, mortgage or other instrument shall be and hereby is,to all intents and purposes validated.
