§47A‑14.1. Deeds conveying units.
(a) Any conveyance of acondominium unit executed on or after October 1, 1981, which complies with thegeneral requirements of the laws of this State concerning conveyances of realproperty shall be valid.
(b) All conveyances ofcondominium units executed before October 1, 1981, which comply with thegeneral requirements of the laws of this State concerning conveyances of realproperty shall be valid even though such conveyances failed to comply with oneor more of the particulars set out in former G.S. 47A‑14. (1981,c. 527, ss. 2, 3.)
