§47A‑27. Zoning regulations governing condominium projects.
Whenever they deem it proper,the planning and zoning commission of any county or municipality may adoptsupplemental rules and regulations governing a condominium project establishedunder this Article in order to implement this program. (1963,c. 685, s. 27; 1983, c. 624, s. 2.)
