§47A‑4. Property subject to Article.
This Article shall beapplicable only to property, the full owner or all of the owners of whichsubmit the same to the provisions hereof by duly executing and recording adeclaration as hereinafter provided. (1963, c. 685, s. 4; 1983, c.624, s. 2.)
