§ 47C‑3‑106. Bylaws.
(a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The bylaws of the association shall provide for:
(1)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The number of members of the executive board and the titlesof the officers of the association;
(2)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Election by the executive board of the officers of theassociation;
(3)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The qualifications, powers and duties, terms of office, andmanner of electing and removing executive board members and officers andfilling vacancies;
(4)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Which, if any, of its powers the executive board or officersmay delegate to other persons or to a managing agent;
(5)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Which of its officers may prepare, execute, certify, andrecord amendments to the declaration on behalf of the association; and
(6)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The method of amending the bylaws.
